This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• You will be responsible for transforming our exclusive data and the Founder’s knowledge into a continuous flow of impactful content for LinkedIn and YouTube.
• You will take charge of the editorial strategy, create recurring content formats, write or ghostwrite posts, craft video storyboards, and oversee the creative team that produces all materials.
• You will conduct biweekly sessions lasting 60–90 minutes with the Founder to gather insights, opinions, and narratives from client engagements.
• You will either write or guide the writing of 4–5 LinkedIn posts weekly in the Founder’s voice, in addition to scripts for 1–2 YouTube videos.
• You will manage an in-house videographer, graphic designer, and overseas editors. You will establish the creative brief, review the outcomes, and ensure that everything achieves a premium quality standard.
• You will monitor the effectiveness of various formats and platforms to assess what performs well and what does not.
• Exceptional writing skills. You excel at creating hooks that capture attention. You can distill complex A/B testing insights into content that is accessible, surprising, and shareable.
• Strategic mindset. You think beyond individual video concepts and consider reusable content formats that can be applied multiple times across our offerings.
• Comfortable with data. While you don’t need to be a data scientist, you should be at ease working with numbers (rates, averages, etc.). Our content relies on proprietary data, so you must understand it well enough to craft stories from it.
• Intelligent and proactive. You learn quickly, take initiative, and don’t wait for direction. When challenges arise, you identify and resolve them. You are the type of person who brings solutions rather than questions.
• Nice to Have: Awareness of video production. While you don’t need to shoot or edit, having an understanding of what constitutes a good thumbnail, a compelling cold open, and an engaging video structure will enhance your effectiveness.
