Video Content Strategist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• You will be the individual who transforms our proprietary data and the expertise of the Founder into a consistent stream of impactful content on LinkedIn and YouTube.

• You will take charge of the editorial strategy, create recurring content formats, write or ghostwrite posts, develop video storyboards, and oversee the creative team responsible for all productions.

• You will collaborate directly with the Founder to glean insights and mold them into content that captivates audiences.

• You are the individual who ties everything together with a coherent narrative and a steadfast publishing schedule.


⛳️ Requirements

• Outstanding writing skills. You excel at crafting hooks that capture attention and can simplify complex A/B testing insights into engaging, shareable content.

• Strategic mindset. You think not only in terms of single video concepts but also in terms of reusable content formats that can be applied repeatedly.

• Comfortable with data. While you don’t need to be a data scientist, you should be at ease working with numbers (rates, averages, etc.). Our content relies on proprietary data, so understanding it to tell compelling stories is essential.

• Intelligent and proactive. You learn quickly, take initiative, and do not wait for instructions. When challenges arise, you diagnose and resolve them. You are the type of person who offers solutions rather than posing questions.

• Nice to Have: Familiarity with video production. While shooting or editing isn’t required, having an understanding of effective thumbnails, compelling cold opens, and engaging video structure will enhance your effectiveness.
