Video Content Producer – Scripting, Editing, Coordination

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Strategize and arrange weekly video content, including topics, formats, and concepts.

• Create engaging hooks and talking points before filming sessions.

• Organize recording sessions to ensure attorneys are prepared and ready to film.

• Edit brief video content for platforms such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.

• Convert raw footage into captivating videos that retain viewer attention.

• Repurpose long-form recordings into several short-form clips.

• Continuously enhance the quality, structure, and effectiveness of the content.

• Proven experience in video editing and content creation.

• Strong grasp of hooks, pacing, and strategies for viewer retention.

• Capability to manage projects from initial concept to final execution.

• Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.

• Excellent communication skills in English.

• Bonus: Experience collaborating with founders, attorneys, or personal brands.

• Bonus: Proven experience in creating short-form or social-first content.
