This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

• Edit and compile talking-head footage into refined, visually engaging videos utilizing Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and CapCut.

• Incorporate B-Roll footage, motion graphics, animations, and screencasts.

• Improve video quality through color grading, sound design, and audio mixing.

• Design visuals with motion graphics, animations, and text overlays using Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or Figma.

• Ensure all videos feature closed captions.

• Utilize royalty-free music and sound effects.

• Format and optimize videos for various platforms including internal learning systems, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and others.

• Establish a consistent visual style that aligns with brand identity.

• Collaborate with internal teams to gather feedback and implement revisions.

• Ensure that content adheres to brand guidelines and platform-specific requirements.

• Maintain a well-organized and efficient editing workflow.

• Demonstrated ability to produce engaging and informative video content.

• Strong grasp of storytelling and visual communication principles in video production.

• Proficient in CapCut and Adobe Creative Suite, including Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop.

• Expertise in color grading, sound design, and animation.

• Experience with motion graphics and animation is an advantage.
