Video Call Onboarding Assistant – SaaS, DATEV, Financial Accounting

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You will provide daily assistance to e-commerce entrepreneurs through email and video calls regarding accounting-related inquiries.

• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by communicating clearly and amicably.

• Recognize recurring issues and actively contribute to the enhancement of our solutions.

• Collaborate closely with the Onboarding Automation Team to ensure customer success.

⛳️ Requirements

• Highly self-driven and results-oriented, with experience in SMART goal setting.

• Proven experience with DATEV is essential.

• A keen interest in the digital transformation of the accounting sector.

• Ability to work independently, with a structured and process-oriented approach.

• Receptive to feedback, comfortable using digital tools, and adept at remote-first work.

• Proficiency in both German and English is required.
