• Direct operations and establish the vision and strategy for surgical services.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Master's degree or current enrollment in a Master's Degree Program with completion expected within 3 years.

• Significant and progressive leadership experience in integrated healthcare, managed care, or hospital settings.

• Experience in handling complex issues within highly matrixed organizations.

• Demonstrated success in spearheading change initiatives and fostering collaboration.

• Competencies related to balancing clinical, regulatory, and financial outcomes.
