This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +1 more state.
• Cultivate and oversee executive-level relationships within key accounts, including CEOs, CMOs, COOs, CFOs, Cancer Center Directors, laboratory leaders, and health system administrators.
• Formulate, implement, and sustain enterprise-level account strategies that encompass surgical workflows, pathology operations, and oncology care delivery.
• Recognize opportunities to embed Caris molecular profiling and precision oncology solutions into clinical pathways, institutional care standards, and system-wide protocols.
• Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) that concentrate on performance metrics, utilization trends, outcomes, and upcoming growth initiatives.
• Examine account and regional data to uncover growth opportunities, adoption hurdles, and productivity inefficiencies.
• Act as a strategic ally to Regional Business Directors by harmonizing enterprise priorities with regional planning, prioritization, and tactical execution.
• Provide indirect leadership, mentorship, and subject matter expertise to Oncology Account Executives, Oncology Case Managers, and supportive field roles.
• Assume the primary ownership of projects for strategic initiatives, which include complex account onboarding, precision medicine program launches, pathology-driven initiatives, workflow optimization, EMR integrations, and service enhancements.
• Facilitate cross-functional execution among Operations, Client Services, Laboratory, Medical Affairs, IT, and Marketing to guarantee the successful delivery of enterprise initiatives.
• Define project scope, timelines, deliverables, and success metrics; monitor progress using CRM and project management tools.
• Assist in new business development and account expansion by contributing to complex deal strategies, value positioning, and navigating institutional decision-making processes.
• Represent Caris Life Sciences at the highest echelons of customer leadership as a long-term partner in precision medicine.
• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, business, or a related field.
• At least 5–7 years of experience in strategic account management, oncology diagnostics, precision medicine, or complex healthcare sales.
• In-depth knowledge of molecular diagnostics, next-generation sequencing (NGS), oncology workflows, and pathology/laboratory operations.
• Proven track record of driving growth within intricate, matrixed healthcare settings.
• Demonstrated ability to influence without direct authority and lead cross-functional and field teams.
• Proficient in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), reporting tools, and the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Capable of successfully completing pre-employment processes, including background checks, drug screenings, and reference checks.
• Ongoing training related to Caris products, systems, regulatory requirements, and commercial processes will be mandatory.
• Job-specific, compliance, and safety training will be assigned based on the duties associated with this role.
