Vice President, Senior Director – Response and Recovery

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist the MER3 vertical leadership in ensuring the effective, timely, and profitable execution of the Response and Recovery (R&R) project portfolio.

• Formulate, advocate for, and execute a strategic market approach for R&R.

• Contribute to the expansion of the R&R response, recovery, logistics, housing, and consulting services.

• Travel as necessary to fulfill project, client, and team requirements (estimated 30-50% of the time).

• Generate innovative leadership concepts both internally and externally.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Emergency Management, Planning, Engineering/Architecture, Environmental Science, Finance, or a related field.

• 15 years of progressively responsible experience in delivering public and individual assistance projects and programs.

• Extensive experience in all aspects of R&R work, including but not limited to post-disaster assessments.

• Proven experience in implementing solutions to assist clients in project and program management.

• Demonstrate strong, dynamic leadership that mentors, develops, and supports team members.
