This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Create and implement a strategic territory plan aimed at generating new business in Payment Recovery and IDR.
• Identify and engage with healthcare organizations through outbound calls, emails, networking, referrals, conferences, and partner connections.
• Develop strong relationships with CFOs, Revenue Cycle Directors, CEOs, Practice Administrators, and physician owners.
• Conduct consultative discovery meetings to assess reimbursement challenges and pinpoint IDR opportunities.
• Provide education to prospects on:
• o The No Surprises Act
• o Federal and state IDR processes
• o Trends in out-of-network reimbursement
• o Opportunities for revenue recovery
• Showcase the company’s technology, expertise, and effectiveness in managing IDR cases.
• Oversee opportunities within the CRM, ensuring accurate forecasts and maintaining pipeline integrity.
• Collaborate with implementation, legal, operations, and client success teams to facilitate seamless client onboarding.
• Represent the company at healthcare conferences and industry events.
• Consistently surpass quarterly and annual sales targets.
• 3–7+ years of proven B2B healthcare sales experience.
• Demonstrated proficiency in closing complex, consultative sales.
• Experience in selling healthcare services, revenue cycle solutions, healthcare technology, or payer solutions.
• Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Background in selling to executive-level healthcare leaders.
• Established track record of surpassing sales quotas.
• Willingness to travel approximately 25–40% of the time.
