Vice President, Salesforce Product Management

• Establish a guiding vision. Develop an ambitious, multi-year product strategy that foresees the direction of Salesforce — and the AI-driven enterprise — from Agentforce to Data Cloud and beyond.

• Assemble a team for the future. Attract, mentor, and motivate a top-tier product organization across DevOps, data management, and security — a team that others aspire to join and never want to leave.

• Focus on customer needs. Engage with admins, developers, release managers, and security leaders. Grasp their late-night worries and morning aspirations. Translate those insights into products they'll advocate for.

• Deliver impactful solutions. Manage the entire lifecycle — from chaotic brainstorming to seamless launch — for features such as Git-based version control, AI-assisted code reviews, intelligent backup & recovery, and zero-trust security.

• Stay proactive with the platform. Leverage each Salesforce release as a chance to excel, ensuring Flosum remains the first and fully integrated solution.

• Dominate the category. Outthink and outmaneuver every competitor by possessing deeper market insights than anyone else and sharing a narrative that only Flosum can convey.

• Amplify effectiveness. Collaborate with marketing, sales, success, and AppExchange & SI partners to transform exceptional products into thriving businesses.

• A product leader with over 10 years of experience, showcasing both challenges and achievements — including more than 3 years of building and leading PM teams.

• A true Salesforce enthusiast — you envision in metadata, have debugged deployments at midnight, and understand the reasons behind governor limits (and how to navigate them).

• A creator who has successfully launched DevOps, ALM, data protection, or security products that customers truly appreciate.

• A strategist who can envision a 5-year plan while also being an operator capable of executing on immediate timelines.

• A compelling storyteller who is comfortable presenting to an individual customer, a full audience, an analyst, or a board.

• A talent magnet and a strong advocate for the team you lead.
