β’ A true Salesforce enthusiast β you envision in metadata, have debugged deployments at midnight, and understand the reasons behind governor limits (and how to navigate them).
β’ A creator who has successfully launched DevOps, ALM, data protection, or security products that customers truly appreciate.
β’ A strategist who can envision a 5-year plan while also being an operator capable of executing on immediate timelines.
