Vice President, Salesforce Product Management

• Develop a compelling, long-term product vision that foresees the direction of Salesforce — and the AI-driven enterprise — from Agentforce to Data Cloud and beyond.

• Attract, guide, and motivate a top-tier product organization encompassing DevOps, data management, and security — a team that others aspire to join and are reluctant to leave.

• Collaborate with administrators, developers, release managers, and security leaders. Grasp their late-night concerns and their morning aspirations. Transform these insights into products they will advocate for.

• Manage the complete lifecycle — from chaotic brainstorming sessions to seamless launches — for features such as Git-based version control, AI-driven code review, intelligent backup & recovery, and zero-trust security.

• Convert every Salesforce release into a valuable opportunity, rather than a rushed response, ensuring Flosum is consistently first and inherently integrated.

• Outthink and outmaneuver competitors by understanding the market more profoundly than anyone else and crafting a narrative that only Flosum can deliver.

• Collaborate with marketing, sales, customer success, and AppExchange & SI partners to transform exceptional products into thriving businesses.

• A seasoned product leader with over 10 years of experience and the lessons learned from both challenges and successes — including a minimum of 3 years in building and leading product management teams.

• A true Salesforce enthusiast — you envision metadata, you've resolved deployment issues at midnight, and you understand the purpose of governor limits (and how to manage them).

• A creator who has successfully delivered DevOps, ALM, data protection, or security products that customers truly value.

• A strategist capable of envisioning a 5-year plan while also being an operator who can deliver results as soon as next Tuesday.

• An engaging storyteller who feels at ease in front of a single customer, a crowded audience, an analyst, or a board of directors.

• A talent magnet and an advocate for the team you lead.

• Profound knowledge of Git, CI/CD (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps), and contemporary developer workflows.
