Vice President, Salesforce Product Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

• Develop a bold, multi-year vision for products that foresee the future trajectory of Salesforce — and the AI-driven enterprise — from Agentforce to Data Cloud and beyond.

• Attract, mentor, and motivate a top-tier product organization across DevOps, data management, and security — a team that others aspire to join and are reluctant to leave.

• Collaborate with administrators, developers, release managers, and security leaders. Grasp their late-night concerns and morning aspirations. Transform those insights into products they will advocate for.

• Manage the entire lifecycle — from initial brainstorming to seamless launch — for features like Git-based version control, AI-enhanced code review, intelligent backup & recovery, and zero-trust security.

• Convert every Salesforce release into a chance to excel, rather than a crisis, ensuring Flosum is always the first choice and remains inherently integrated.

• Outthink and outmaneuver competitors by having a deeper understanding of the market than anyone else and narrating a story that only Flosum can tell.

• Collaborate with marketing, sales, success, and AppExchange & SI partners to transform exceptional products into successful businesses.

⛳️ Requirements

• A product leader with over 10 years of experience, demonstrating both challenges faced and victories achieved — including 3+ years of building and leading product management teams.

• A true Salesforce enthusiast — you visualize metadata, have resolved deployment issues at midnight, and understand the purpose of governor limits (and how to work within them).

• A creator who has successfully launched DevOps, ALM, data protection, or security products that customers truly appreciate.

• A strategist who can envision the 5-year roadmap while also being an operator capable of delivering results by next Tuesday.

• A compelling storyteller comfortable addressing a single customer, a large audience, analysts, or a board.

• A talent magnet and an advocate for the individuals you lead.

• Strong understanding of Git, CI/CD (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps), and contemporary developer workflows.

• Experience with data backup, archival processes, sandbox seeding, and data masking on an enterprise scale.

• Proven experience in regulated environments — including SOC 2, HIPAA, FedRAMP, GDPR.

• Insight into how AI will transform the Salesforce administrator and developer experience — along with the skills to implement it.
