Vice President, Salesforce Product Management

• Develop a bold, multi-year product strategy that foresees the future direction of Salesforce and the AI-driven enterprise, spanning from Agentforce to Data Cloud and beyond.

• Attract, mentor, and motivate a top-tier product team across DevOps, data management, and security — a group that others aspire to join and are reluctant to leave.

• Collaborate with admins, developers, release managers, and security leaders. Grasp their late-night concerns and morning aspirations, transforming those insights into products they will advocate for.

• Oversee the entire lifecycle — from chaotic brainstorming to seamless launch — for features such as Git-based version control, AI-driven code review, intelligent backup & recovery, and zero-trust security.

• Convert every Salesforce release into a chance for improvement, rather than a crisis, assuring that Flosum is always first and inherently integrated.

• Outthink and outmaneuver every competitor by possessing a deeper understanding of the market than anyone else and narrating a story that only Flosum can tell.

• Collaborate with marketing, sales, success teams, and AppExchange & SI partners to transform exceptional products into successful businesses.

• A product leader with over 10 years of experience, possessing both the challenges and successes to demonstrate it — including more than 3 years of experience in building and leading product management teams.

• A Salesforce native at heart — you envision metadata, have debugged a deployment in the middle of the night, and comprehend the purpose of governor limits (as well as how to navigate them).

• A creator who has successfully launched DevOps, ALM, data protection, or security products that customers truly appreciate.

• A strategist capable of envisioning a 5-year plan while also being an operator who can deliver results by next Tuesday.

• A compelling storyteller who is comfortable engaging with a single customer, a full auditorium, an analyst, or a board of directors.

• A talent magnet and an advocate for the individuals you lead.
