Vice President, Salesforce Product Management

• Develop a bold, long-term product vision that anticipates future directions for Salesforce — and the AI-driven enterprise — encompassing Agentforce, Data Cloud, and more.

• Attract, mentor, and motivate a top-tier product team across DevOps, data management, and security domains.

• Collaborate with admins, developers, release managers, and security leaders to grasp their concerns and aspirations.

• Lead the complete lifecycle for features such as Git-based version control, AI-enhanced code reviews, intelligent backup & recovery, and zero-trust security.

• Transform every Salesforce release into a valuable opportunity rather than a crisis, ensuring Flosum remains the first choice and always integrated.

• Strategically outthink and outmaneuver competitors by possessing a deeper understanding of the market than anyone else.

• Collaborate with marketing, sales, success teams, and AppExchange & SI partners to convert exceptional products into successful businesses.

⛳️ Requirements

• A product leader with over 10 years of experience, showcasing both challenges and successes — including at least 3 years of experience in building and managing PM teams.

• A Salesforce enthusiast at heart — you envision solutions in metadata, have troubleshot deployments at midnight, and understand the significance of governor limits (and how to navigate them).

• A creator who has delivered DevOps, ALM, data protection, or security products that customers truly appreciate.

• A strategist capable of envisioning a 5-year plan and an operator who can deliver results by next Tuesday.

• A compelling storyteller comfortable engaging with a single customer, a large audience, an analyst, or a board of directors.

• A talent magnet and a strong advocate for the team you lead.

• Profound knowledge of Git, CI/CD (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps), and contemporary developer workflows.

• Experience in backup, archival, sandbox seeding, and data masking at an enterprise level.

• Proven experience in regulated environments — SOC 2, HIPAA, FedRAMP, GDPR.

• An informed perspective on how AI will transform the Salesforce admin and developer experience — along with the skills to implement it.

• Salesforce certifications, a background in engineering, or an MBA that enhances your expertise.
