This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Belarus.

β’ Prioritize customer needs. Engage with admins, developers, release managers, and security leaders. Grasp their late-night concerns and their morning goals. Transform those insights into products they will advocate for.
β’ Deliver impactful solutions. Oversee the entire process β from initial brainstorming to seamless launch β for features such as Git-based version control, AI-assisted code reviews, intelligent backup & recovery, and zero-trust security.
β’ Keep ahead of the platform. Leverage every Salesforce release as a chance for opportunity, not a crisis, ensuring Flosum remains the first and fully integrated solution.
β’ Dominate the category. Outthink and outmaneuver competitors by possessing a deeper understanding of the market than anyone else and narrating a story that only Flosum can convey.
β’ Amplify impact. Collaborate with marketing, sales, customer success, and AppExchange & SI partners to transform exceptional products into successful businesses.
β’ A product leader with over 10 years of experience, equipped with both lessons learned and victories achieved β including more than 3 years of experience building and guiding PM teams.
β’ A Salesforce enthusiast at heart β you envision solutions in metadata, have troubleshot a deployment at midnight, and understand the significance of governor limits (and how to navigate them).
β’ A creator who has successfully launched DevOps, ALM, data protection, or security products that customers truly appreciate.
β’ A visionary strategist who can conceptualize a 5-year plan and a practical operator who can deliver results by next Tuesday.
β’ A compelling storyteller who is comfortable presenting in front of an individual client, a crowded room, an analyst, or a board of directors.
β’ A talent magnet and a strong advocate for the individuals you lead.
β’ Strong expertise in Git, CI/CD (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps), and contemporary developer workflows.
β’ Proven experience with backup, archival, sandbox seeding, and data masking at an enterprise level.
β’ Extensive experience in regulated environments β including SOC 2, HIPAA, FedRAMP, GDPR.
β’ An informed perspective on how AI will transform the Salesforce admin and developer experience β along with the ability to implement that vision.
