Vice President, Regional Advisory Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +8 more states.

📋 Description

• Accountable for developing sales strategies and implementing financial planning initiatives within a designated region of advisors

• Informing and advocating for the advantages of fee-based business models

• Supporting the integration of the firm's advisory technology

• Connecting suitable investment managers with clients based on their specific needs

• Assisting advisors in expanding their overall advisory practices

• Implementing a virtual regional approach aimed at managing the region's key opportunities and maintaining an active sales pipeline

• Collaborating closely with internal teams to guide sales strategies for the region

• Facilitating impactful engagements and events – selecting the right advisors, creating and delivering relevant content, and managing follow-up communications

• Partnering with investment management firms to provide resources, share leads, and co-present

⛳️ Requirements

• Master’s degree is preferred

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in Economics, Finance, Business, or related fields is required

• Series 7 license is required

• Willingness to travel 50-75% of the time

• More than 5 years of experience in a similar position

• Results-driven, goal-oriented mindset with a dynamic, sales-focused personality

• Comprehensive understanding of advisory platforms, essential wealth management principles, and investment strategies

• Capacity to clearly articulate complex subject matter

• Ability to work autonomously with a high degree of organization and time management skills

• Extensive experience collaborating directly with financial advisors

• Familiarity with client relationship management software
