This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the implementation of organizational priorities by converting strategy into precise operational plans, milestones, and performance expectations.
• Foster consistent, high-quality execution across teams by establishing and reinforcing robust operational rhythms, tools, and accountability frameworks.
• Ensure that daily operations function effectively across various functions, proactively identifying and addressing gaps, inefficiencies, or risks.
• Track progress against essential organizational goals and facilitate timely adjustments when performance deviates from expectations, in collaboration with the COO.
• Collaborate with department leaders and VPs to coordinate intricate, cross-functional initiatives for seamless execution.
• Align workflows, timelines, and dependencies among teams to minimize friction and enhance collaboration.
• Act as a central hub for operational coordination, ensuring that strategic priorities advance with clarity and cohesion.
• Design, implement, and enhance operational systems and processes that support scalability, consistency, and efficiency.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) that assess operational health and progress toward strategic objectives.
• Over 10 years of professional experience with substantial leadership experience in operations, program management, or organizational effectiveness.
• Proven track record of managing complex operations and driving execution in mission-driven or rapidly growing nonprofit organizations.
• Experience in implementing systems, processes, and performance management frameworks on a large scale.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to convert data into actionable insights.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence outcomes across teams.
• Experience in managing and developing high-performing teams.
