• Responsible for the design, development, and implementation of the AI-driven Care Teams Management System, ensuring that Care Teams operate as a cohesive and integrated system. Accountable for the operational performance, efficiency, quality, and outcomes associated with the Care Teams Management System and its related functions.
• Oversees the three-year strategic roadmap for Care Teams Operational Excellence and the Care Teams Management System, converting Omada and Care Delivery strategy into actionable priorities and investments.
• Advocates for Care Teams within Omada’s corporate strategy, planning, and execution processes, ensuring that Care Teams priorities are seamlessly integrated into enterprise strategies and decisions while aligning enterprise priorities with Care Teams operations.
• Drive performance enhancement across Care Teams by establishing clear methodologies, tools, and coaching that empower each vertical to self-manage, address local challenges, and continuously enhance their operations.
• Ensure that essential Care Teams processes are visible, quantifiable, and systematically reengineered as AI is incorporated, focusing on achieving greater consistency, repeatability, and the elimination of variation where appropriate across operations.
• Lead cross-functional operating departments including capacity planning, data analytics, staffing, licensing & credentialing, and program management to provide integrated insights, plans, and execution support that enable Care Teams leaders to reach their objectives.
• Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement among Care Teams by promoting engagement, shared ownership, and a passion for innovative work methods, while developing leaders and teams capable of thriving in uncertain environments and consistently enhancing execution quality.
• Act as Chief of Staff to the Chief Care Delivery Operations Officer, shaping leadership agendas, business reviews, and strategic offsites, ensuring the senior team concentrates on the most impactful cross-functional challenges and opportunities.
• A Bachelor's degree is required.
• Over 12 years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare, health technology, or another complex service environment, including significant experience in leading cross-functional operating teams.
• More than 10 years of practice in performance improvement, with a proven history of designing and scaling operating models, enhancing team capabilities, and improving efficiency, effectiveness, and quality over time.
• At least 5 years in a senior leadership position at the Director, Senior Director, Vice President, or equivalent level.
• Experience in leading horizontal functions that support multiple teams or operating verticals, with a strong understanding of how to create systems, processes, and forums that promote alignment across complex organizations.
• A systems thinker who can navigate the complexities of building new systems as AI transforms workflows, while also ensuring precise execution to foster consistency and minimize unnecessary variations at scale.
• Highly collaborative and effective in engaging across functions, levels, and stakeholder groups to advance complex projects through influence, clarity, and shared accountability.
• An engaging facilitator capable of guiding senior teams through strategic discussions, decision-making, and operational rhythms in ways that foster focus, alignment, and momentum.
