This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of cplace’s portfolio of strategic transformation initiatives, working closely with the executive team to prioritize projects that drive significant growth, efficiency, and customer value.
• Lead the transformation of sales enablement as a central focus: enhancing go-to-market processes, sales tools and systems, onboarding and ramp-up, playbooks, methodology adoption, partner ecosystem design, and the data and metrics that influence revenue performance.
• Address transformation programs in additional operational areas as needed, such as operations, customer success, professional services, product delivery, or corporate processes.
• Design each program by establishing objectives, scope, success metrics, milestones, governance, and resource allocation, while ensuring alignment and sponsorship from executives.
• Oversee execution across cross-functional teams, managing interdependencies, eliminating obstacles, and holding responsible parties accountable for outcomes and timelines.
• Create a consistent reporting cadence to update executive leadership on progress, risks, and measurable results, escalating decisions when necessary.
• Lead change management and stakeholder communication to ensure the adoption and sustainability of new processes, tools, and methodologies.
• Develop a repeatable transformation operating model, methodology, and toolkit that can be utilized for future initiatives within the company.
• Over 10 years of experience in sales, sales operations, revenue operations, and partner management leadership.
• More than 5 years of experience in transformation, strategy, operations, or program leadership, including senior roles managing large, cross-functional change initiatives from start to finish.
• Proven success in delivering sales enablement or go-to-market transformation with measurable revenue or efficiency impacts within a B2B SaaS software context.
• Demonstrated capability to lead complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives across various functions and regions, possessing executive presence and influence at the C-suite level.
• Excellent program and project management skills, including governance, metrics, and accountability for results.
• Formal project management or change-management certifications are advantageous.
• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving abilities, capable of converting ambiguous business challenges into clear strategies and outcomes.
• Outstanding communication and change leadership skills; adept at aligning executives and inspiring teams through substantial changes.
• Comfortable working in a rapidly growing international company, with a willingness to travel up to 20%, including occasional trips outside the US.
• A bachelor’s degree is required; an MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred.
