This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Support and engage in L7’s quality management system (QMS) by adhering to the Quality Policy and SOPs, while achieving L7’s QMS objectives.
• Act as a trusted advisor at the executive level to senior leadership within key strategic accounts, fostering deep collaborative relationships and developing long-term business cases with defined ROI.
• Identify and seize upsell opportunities within these strategic enterprise accounts, consistently monitoring account health and coordinating directly with sales and commercial teams to ensure a sustainable pipeline.
• Develop the strategy for the reuse of scientific content, overseeing the design, standardization, and creation of modular scientific materials intended for rapid deployment across customer implementations.
• Lead, manage, and scale a dedicated team of scientists and developers, detailing tasks sufficiently while promoting an environment of continuous learning, growth, and high performance.
• Work closely with internal executives and cross-functional product management, strategy, and engineering teams to convert complex field requirements into standardized platform capabilities.
• Advocate for L7’s solutions and technical architecture to external executive stakeholders, establishing strong thought leadership throughout the life sciences, pharma, and precision agriculture value chains.
• Ph.D. or Master’s degree in a relevant scientific field (e.g., Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, Chemistry, Molecular Biology) or Computer Science with a significant scientific emphasis.
• Over 7 years of progressive experience in strategic sales, business development, or executive-level consulting within the life sciences sector.
• A demonstrated history of cultivating executive-level customer relationships, building trust, and influencing decision-makers in large enterprise organizations.
• Proven capability in managing cross-functional technical teams, specifically integrating the skills of scientific domain experts (scientists) and technical implementers (software developers).
• Expertise in designing scalable, reusable technical or scientific frameworks, data models, workflows, or content libraries that enhance software implementation timelines.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a proven record of articulating highly complex scientific and technical concepts clearly to both technical teams and C-suite executives.
• Highly organized, resourceful, and strategic, with the ability to manage multiple strategic priorities and anticipate/plan for obstacles while maintaining momentum.
