β’ Develop and execute the national sales strategy for Xenter Diagnostics, encompassing territory organization, channel strategy, and customer segmentation for both primary care and enterprise accounts.
β’ Create a robust sales operations framework: CRM systems, forecasting schedules, pipeline oversight, quota development, and incentive compensation plans.
β’ Collaborate with Marketing, Clinical Affairs, and Product to ensure that messaging, materials, and launch timelines are in sync with the commercial roadmap.
β’ Establish KPIs and accountability structures for the sales team from the outset.
β’ Recruit, hire, and train a high-performing national field sales team, including Regional Directors, Sales Managers, Sales Associates, and sales training/operations as the business grows.
β’ Promote the adoption of Xenter Diagnostics solutions within primary care practices, federally qualified health centers (FQHCs), physician-owned clinic groups, healthcare systems, and other identified markets.
β’ Manage the annual revenue plan for Xenter Diagnostics; provide monthly and quarterly performance updates against targets with detailed variance analysis.
β’ Uphold a disciplined pipeline management approach featuring over 3x coverage and a 90-day rolling forecast accuracy.
β’ Over 15 years of progressive experience in medical sales leadership, with a minimum of 5 years overseeing a national or multi-regional field organization.
β’ Proven history of establishing a sales organization from an early-stage or pre-commercial foundation, rather than merely managing an existing team.
β’ Extensive experience in selling to primary care, with a solid understanding of PCM workflows, physician adoption of new diagnostic tools, and the operational realities of both independent and employed primary care practices.
β’ Demonstrated ability to close and manage large enterprise accounts with complex, multi-stakeholder purchasing processes (IDNs, ACOs, large group practices).
β’ Background in the diagnostics sector (laboratory diagnostics, point-of-care testing, cognitive/neurological screening, or related fields is highly preferred).
β’ Strong commercial acumen: capability to formulate strategy, adapt swiftly in a dynamic environment, and lead through uncertainty without extensive support infrastructure.
β’ Exceptional executive presence, with the ability to present effectively to health system C-suites, clinical leadership, and Xenter's board and investors.
