• Take charge of Strategic Sales Execution: Oversee the complete sales cycle for high-value, complex opportunities, including executive referrals, strategic prospects, RFPs, and high-potential accounts.
• Close Six- and Seven-Figure Services Engagements: Skillfully navigate complex buyer journeys, build consensus among various stakeholders, and secure significant marketing services partnerships independently.
• Lead Discovery and Qualification: Identify the underlying business issues of requests, assess compatibility, clarify decision-making criteria, understand the stakeholder landscape, and evaluate whether a given opportunity warrants Level’s time and resources.
• Promote Level’s Service Lines: Align client challenges with customized solutions across performance media, creative, strategy, analytics, AI-enabled marketing, and related capabilities.
• Spearhead Solution Engineering: Collaborate with strategists, channel experts, creative leaders, analysts, and executives to craft solutions that are distinct, commercially viable, and aligned with the client's business objectives.
• Direct RFP and Proposal Development: Oversee strategy, positioning, coordination, writing, review, and delivery of RFP responses and proposals for your accounts.
• Navigate Complex Deals: Manage extended sales cycles involving multiple decision-makers, procurement needs, budget limitations, legal evaluations, competitive pressures, and changing internal priorities.
• Lead Negotiation and Closing: Safeguard value, sustain momentum, address objections, and negotiate agreements that foster successful and enduring client relationships.
• Coordinate Internal Pursuit Teams: Define roles, timelines, decision-making points, and next steps across cross-functional teams. Ensure contributors are aligned and maintain the process without relying on formal authority.
• Cultivate Referral Relationships: Build and enhance relationships with referral partners, industry contacts, executives, current clients, and other sources of high-value opportunities.
• Drive Outbound Strategy: Create, implement, and refine outbound programs across email, calls, LinkedIn, events, account-based outreach, partnerships, and emerging channels.
• Supervise Inbound and SDR Functions: Offer direction, coaching, prioritization, and accountability across inbound and sales development activities.
• Enhance Sales Infrastructure: Guarantee that Level has the appropriate processes, messaging, tools, technology, data, and talent to support a high-performing sales function.
• Manage Pipeline Health and Forecasting: Maintain precise opportunity data, assess deal quality, identify risks, create realistic forecasts, and provide senior leadership with clear insights into expected revenue.
• Collaborate with the CRO: Work closely with Level’s Chief Revenue Officer to shape sales strategy, refine market focus, enhance sales execution, and pinpoint new growth opportunities.
• Contribute Beyond the Core: Depending on business needs, you may assist with industry events, strategic partnerships, sales recruitment, compensation planning, enablement, team development, or other revenue initiatives.
• Over 10 years of experience in complex B2B sales.
• Minimum of 5 years in enterprise or strategic sales.
• Demonstrated experience closing six- and seven-figure deals.
• Relevant experience in services sales.
• Experience selling to clients similar to Level.
• Ownership of the full sales cycle.
• Strong skills in discovery.
• Executive presence.
• Experience in customized solution selling.
• Leadership in RFP and proposal processes.
• Strong commercial and negotiation acumen.
• Ability to lead through influence.
• Experience in sales leadership.
• Discipline in pipeline management and forecasting.
• Fluency in CRM systems.
• Knowledge of Sandler methodologies.
• Bachelor’s degree.
