Vice President of Product

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Formulate, enhance, and implement the long-term AI-centric product vision and strategy for MEDvidi.

• Lead, mentor, and manage the entire product and engineering organization across all product tracks.

• Establish and uphold high standards for product quality and execution speed across every team.

• Facilitate quarterly strategy and OKR planning sessions at the executive level.

• Address cross-functional challenges and pinpoint opportunities through direct, daily collaboration with teams.

• Continually enhance product and engineering culture as well as processes.

• Work in tandem with other department heads and the CEO on company-wide initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in product management, with a minimum of 3–5 years in a senior leadership role overseeing multiple product teams.

• Proven experience in leading cross-functional organizations that encompass design, data, and/or engineering — beyond just product management.

• Strong product intuition: a demonstrated history of both expanding existing products and developing new ones from inception to launch.

• Practical experience in creating AI-first products, including hands-on knowledge of RAG systems, Agentic AI, and AI evaluations.

• Capability to independently build an AI product prototype without requiring engineering assistance.

• Experience in behavioral design — crafting product experiences that influence user behavior, not merely delivering features.

• Executive-level communication abilities: skill in clarifying complex and uncertain situations.

• Background in driving company-wide strategy and quarterly OKR planning.

• Data-driven approach: ability to analyze issues using a segment → root cause → solution methodology.

• Structured problem-solving skills utilizing issue trees, hypothesis trees, or similar frameworks.

• Cultural alignment: ownership, focus, radical transparency, and evidence-based decision-making.

• Proficiency in English (C1+) and fluent in Russian.
