This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.
• Formulate and implement the strategic vision, direction, and long-term growth strategy for the Power Delivery Services division, encompassing distribution, transmission, and substation services.
• Supervise daily operations to guarantee the safe, reliable, and efficient execution of power infrastructure projects and services.
• Develop, execute, and uphold operational policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure safety, adherence to regulations, quality standards, and operational excellence.
• Spearhead the planning and execution of capital improvement and infrastructure projects, ensuring timely, budget-compliant, and high-quality delivery.
• Oversee enterprise risk management and ensure business continuity plans are established for all power delivery operations.
• Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to grow market share and expand service offerings within the power delivery sector.
• Cultivate and sustain robust relationships with key stakeholders, including utilities, government entities, regulators, and private sector clients.
• Develop and oversee strategic partnerships, joint ventures, and subcontractor relationships to enhance capabilities and broaden geographic reach.
• Collaborate effectively with business development, sales, and marketing teams to strategically position the company and support bidding, proposals, and contract negotiations.
• Prepare, manage, and supervise the division’s operating budget, capital expenditures, and financial forecasts, ensuring cost-effective operations and profitability.
• Act as the primary executive liaison for key clients and strategic stakeholders.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive communication, effective issue resolution, and consistent service quality.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, regulatory meetings, and client interactions.
• Provide regular performance updates and strategic reports to executive leadership and the board of directors.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives that focus on safety, efficiency, quality, scalability, and customer satisfaction.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree is preferred).
• Over 12 years of progressive leadership experience in power delivery, utilities, or large-scale infrastructure services, with substantial experience on the contractor side.
• Comprehensive understanding of utility standards, regulatory requirements, safety programs, and compliance frameworks.
• Proven success in business development, client management, and expanding large-scale service portfolios.
• Experience in managing large, multi-disciplinary teams and geographically dispersed operations.
• Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, P&L responsibility, and cost control.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Willingness and capability to travel as necessary.
