This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to generate $13M in philanthropic revenue ($7.5M nationally and $5.5M regionally).
• Develop and implement a comprehensive, multi-channel fundraising strategy.
• Create and operationalize a top-tier philanthropy function.
• Recruit, nurture, and lead a high-performing, scalable team.
• Establish systems for managing the pipeline, forecasting, and performance tracking.
• Design and execute a long-term fundraising strategy that ensures transformational gifts and cultivates a sustainable, diversified revenue portfolio.
• Ensure alignment between organizational objectives and high-level revenue targets.
• Secure major contributions from foundations, individual donors, and corporate partners.
• Oversee the entire donor lifecycle, utilizing data and forecasting to maintain a high-velocity pipeline that consistently meets revenue objectives.
• Manage the processes of identification, qualification, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship.
• Employ data-driven decision-making to enhance conversion rates and momentum.
• Develop impactful stewardship strategies that strengthen donor relationships.
• Lead donor-facing communications and craft compelling narratives.
• Build and maintain the operational infrastructure and governance systems necessary for a high-performing, data-driven philanthropy function.
• Lead and expand a high-performing team, promoting a culture of accountability, collaboration, and ongoing professional development.
• At least 10 years of experience in philanthropy, fundraising, or revenue leadership roles.
• More than 5 years of experience managing and scaling high-performing teams (10+ individuals).
• Demonstrated success in securing major gifts and developing new donor pipelines.
• Experience in designing and executing fundraising strategies on a large scale.
• Strong knowledge of forecasting, pipeline management, and revenue KPIs.
