Vice President of Operations – Digital Agency

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the delivery organization as a revenue-generating powerhouse.

• Ensure high-quality project execution, timely completion, budget adherence, effective resource allocation, and profit margins.

• Manage and operate the company's planning and execution framework (EOS).

• Convert strategic objectives into actionable execution plans.

• Create and enhance internal processes and systems throughout the organization.

• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and performance management to enhance talent retention.

• Take charge of the company's operational performance metrics.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in operations and leadership roles.

• At least five of those years spent in a web development agency, project-based, fast-paced agency environment, or consulting firm.

• Experience with WordPress and/or Drupal projects is advantageous.

• Direct involvement in leading the delivery of intricate website and web application projects.

• Proven track record of building and managing internal and personnel operations that facilitate profitable growth.

• Established leadership skills in managing a multi-team organization, including overseeing managers.

• Familiarity with revenue functions within an agency setting.
