This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• This role provides support for various behavioral health programs within the Advanced Recovery Systems family.
• Manages the operations of designated facilities and oversees Site CEOs to guarantee optimal performance, high-quality care, and alignment with company goals.
• Works closely with the Senior Vice President of Operations to assist all facilities.
• Leads strategic initiatives, enhances operational efficiencies, and ensures compliance with regulatory standards.
• Cultivates a culture of excellence, accountability, and ongoing improvement throughout the organization.
• Evaluates performance metrics across departments and implements enhancement plans.
• Provides coaching and guidance to Site CEOs.
• Ensures that Site CEOs align with the corporate vision and adhere to procedures.
• Monitors compliance with state, Joint Commission, and insurance provider regulations.
• Aids Site CEOs in preparing for state and Joint Commission audits.
• Oversees the implementation of company policies and procedures by Site CEOs.
• Supports employee onboarding, training, ongoing education, and supervision.
• Fosters a positive facility culture and alignment with organizational values.
• Collaborates with Site CEOs to address resource needs.
• Guides Site CEOs in nurturing community relationships.
• Ensures accurate reporting from facilities to senior leadership.
• Provides assistance during critical incidents or regulatory challenges.
• Identifies opportunities for process enhancements.
• Master’s degree and five (5) years of relevant experience as defined below.
• Alternatively, a bachelor’s degree and seven (7) years of relevant experience as defined below.
• Or a minimum of 10+ years’ experience in a director role as defined below.
• With a Master’s degree – five (5) years of full-time or equivalent administrative or supervisory experience in an addiction, psychiatric, or mental health licensed facility.
• With a Bachelor’s degree – seven (7) years of full-time or equivalent administrative or supervisory experience in an addiction, psychiatric, or mental health licensed facility.
• 10+ years’ experience in an administrative or supervisory director position in an addiction, psychiatric, or mental health licensed facility.
• Basic First Aid certification.
• CPR certification.
• Ability to maintain licenses/certifications as required by company policies and state regulations.
