Vice President of Marketing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of and enhance the Go-To-Market strategy across all channels.

• Conduct growth experiments throughout the funnel to identify the most effective strategies.

• Execute integrated campaigns that encompass digital, content, partnerships, and events.

• Develop and refine messaging and positioning that resonates with developers, platform engineers, and CTOs.

• Construct, monitor, and optimize the marketing funnel with accuracy.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Success teams to ensure alignment and shared objectives.

• Implement and manage tools such as Salesforce, Koala, Active Campaign, analytics, and automation solutions.

• Spearhead thought leadership initiatives including blogs, conferences, and webinars.

• Cultivate and expand brand identity and awareness.

• Recruit and lead a small, high-performing marketing team as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated success in growth or marketing leadership roles within rapidly growing B2B SaaS environments, particularly dev-first settings.

• Strong understanding of enterprise software markets, developer tools, and APIs.

• Proven track record of executing data-driven campaigns that generated pipeline and revenue.

• Hands-on experience with the complete GTM stack, including paid channels, SEO, ABM, PLG, and more.

• Exposure to sales processes; you understand the factors that contribute to revenue generation.

• A passion for experimentation: you build quickly, test rigorously, and adapt promptly.

• Exceptional communication skills across written, verbal, and visual formats.

• Proficient in funnel metrics and ROI calculations, including CAC, LTV, SQLs, and other relevant metrics.

• Comfortable taking initiative: you are proactive, willing to roll up your sleeves, and lead by example.

• Experience working within remote, distributed teams.

• A customer-centric mindset, with a keen focus on understanding developers and their motivations.
