This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +1 more state.
β’ Oversee the marketing department encompassing brand, product marketing, communications, content, social media, partnerships, campaigns, and creative initiatives.
β’ Set clear priorities, define roles, establish OKRs, create launch calendars, and implement review processes along with feedback loops.
β’ Foster a team culture that emphasizes speed, clarity, creativity, ownership, and high standards.
β’ Guide and mentor a team across various workstreams while staying closely connected to the work for direct improvement.
β’ Strategically build and expand the marketing team, understanding when to hire, how to develop existing team members, and how to clarify roles without hindering execution.
β’ Develop the operational framework necessary for swift execution, decisive decision-making, robust cross-functional collaboration, and measurable outcomes.
β’ Maintain the editorial standards for the organization.
β’ Craft the key narratives that articulate how Offchain, Arbitrum, and associated product lines are represented in the market.
β’ Possess the ability to convert technical capabilities into business results for institutions, developers, partners, media, and ecosystem stakeholders.
β’ Plan and implement high-impact campaigns across owned, earned, paid, partner, and executive channels.
β’ Establish metrics for measuring marketing success in areas such as awareness, narrative adoption, developer engagement, partner amplification, enterprise pipeline, web traffic, launch effectiveness, and ecosystem growth.
β’ At least 10 years of marketing experience, preferably within high-growth technology, fintech, infrastructure, developer platforms, crypto, or enterprise software sectors.
β’ A minimum of 5 years leading marketing teams across brand, product marketing, communications, content, campaigns, social media, or go-to-market strategies.
β’ Proven experience in creating marketing functions that are structured, efficient, and accountable.
β’ Remote-first global workforce with an office in New York.
