Marketing Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design and implement marketing initiatives focused on attracting and retaining patients for clinical trials.

• Oversee the content management of the company’s social media platforms.

• Facilitate updates and maintenance of the company website.

• Assist in the creation of marketing materials and collateral for business development, community outreach, recruitment, and various departments.

• Provide marketing support for conferences and community events.

• Engage with the local community through outreach efforts.

• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of advertising campaigns and prospect generation to enhance future recruitment strategies.

• Strategize, create, and implement patient-focused marketing campaigns to bolster clinical trial recruitment and retention.

• Develop engaging content for multiple marketing platforms, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.

• Perform research to gain insights into patient demographics, preferences, and behaviors.

• Work collaboratively with site teams, external vendors, and other key stakeholders to optimize marketing initiatives.

• Assess and interpret campaign performance metrics.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in Marketing or a related discipline.

• Understanding of fundamental marketing concepts.

• Competence in Microsoft Office applications.

• Familiarity with desktop design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign).

• Strong organizational and project management skills.

• Innovative thinking and problem-solving capabilities.

• Proficiency in managing corporate social media accounts and websites.

• Experience in planning and executing media advertising.

• Capacity to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to produce captivating marketing materials, including ad campaigns and print collateral.
