Group Marketing Manager – Base Chain

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the go-to-market strategy and execution for key products and target audiences.

• Lead collaborative launches involving Product, Business Development, Customer Data Platform, Developer Relations, Communications, Legal, and Compliance teams.

• Oversee marketing operations within the team.

• Supervise a team of up to 2 Product Marketing Managers.

• Develop and implement Base's global events strategy.

• Establish and communicate metrics to evaluate launch performance.

⛳️ Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in product marketing or go-to-market roles.

• Proven history of managing comprehensive go-to-market launches from strategy formulation to execution.

• Demonstrated capability in running marketing operations and/or large-scale events.

• Outstanding writing and storytelling skills.

• Strong understanding of how on-chain products function.
