• Take ownership of the marketing contribution to the pipeline — establish targets, create programs, and report on performance.
• Design and implement multi-channel campaigns (email, LinkedIn, paid advertisements, events) that generate qualified enterprise leads.
• Create and enhance nurture programs that guide prospects through the sales funnel.
• Collaborate with sales on Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies focused on Fortune 500 security and risk teams.
• Define and execute an annual marketing strategy that aligns with the company's revenue objectives.
• Identify and prioritize market segments, buyer personas, and messaging frameworks.
• Develop positioning that sets Kinetic Global apart in a competitive CEM and duty-of-care market.
• Convert product capabilities into clear, compelling value propositions for security, risk, and compliance buyers.
• Oversee the Kinetic Global website comprehensively, including copy, structure, SEO, and ongoing optimization.
• Create and manage a content calendar that includes thought leadership pieces, case studies, solution briefs, and blogs.
• Ensure content embodies our voice: authoritative, mission-driven, and tailored for enterprise buyers.
• Monitor competitors, industry trends, and buyer behavior, translating insights into actionable positioning.
• Cultivate relationships with relevant journalists, analysts, and industry associations.
• Manage ZoomInfo integration and ensure data accuracy across accounts and contacts. Develop dashboards that provide sales and leadership with clear visibility into pipeline and marketing efforts.
• Minimum of 4 years of enterprise sales experience.
• Proven success in companies generating between $5 million and $100 million in annual recurring revenue (ARR).
• Must have previously held an annual quota exceeding $600,000 and successfully met or surpassed it.
• Required to have maintained an average deal size of over $65,000 per year in prior roles.
• Experience delivering technical presentations to technical buyers.
• Possesses a deep understanding of technology.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, preferably in Engineering or Computer Science.
• Demonstrates an unwavering work ethic and a strong passion for success.
