This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Strategize and implement digital marketing campaigns that align with the company's business goals;

• Formulate strategies for lead generation, qualification, and nurturing;

• Develop editorial briefs, copy, and content for various platforms including social media, blogs, email marketing, landing pages, presentations, and sales materials;

• Prepare and distribute email marketing campaigns targeting customers, prospects, partners, automakers (OEMs), and associations;

• Assist in creating prospecting materials, sales presentations, case studies, and product launch strategies;

• Organize and oversee the company's editorial and promotional calendar;

• Manage and regularly update Alpes One's digital platforms;

• Evaluate the performance of the website, blog, social media, campaigns, and landing pages;

• Monitor KPIs such as traffic, reach, engagement, leads, conversions, CPL, CAC, ROI, and generated opportunities;

• Produce performance reports and present insights and recommendations;

• Identify areas for enhancement in campaigns and communication channels;

• Apply SEO strategies to boost Alpes One's search engine rankings;

• Support initiatives aimed at enhancing the brand's visibility in AI tools and search engines;

• Collaborate with vendors, agencies, designers, videographers, and partners;

• Oversee paid media campaigns on Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and additional platforms;

• Create creative briefs for various assets, ads, videos, presentations, and corporate materials;

• Review materials to ensure quality, clarity, consistency, and alignment with company branding;

• Aid in the planning and execution of events, trade shows, webinars, training sessions, and relationship-building activities;

• Develop joint marketing initiatives with automakers, brand associations, and partner companies;

• Assist the commercial team with materials, campaigns, and information that help generate and convert opportunities;

• Conduct research on market trends, competitors, and audience behavior;

• Contribute to Alpes One's institutional and commercial positioning;

• Utilize artificial intelligence tools to enhance the production, analysis, and execution of marketing activities;

• Ensure timely completion of tasks and manage the organization of departmental responsibilities;


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business Administration, or related fields;

• A minimum of 3 years of previous experience in digital marketing;

• Proven experience in planning and executing marketing campaigns;

• Strong skills in producing and editing copy as well as creating creative assets;

• Knowledge of content strategies, lead generation, and inbound marketing;

• Understanding of marketing funnels, the buyer's journey, and integration between marketing and sales;

• Experience with social media, email marketing, blogs, and landing pages;

• Familiarity with SEO and best practices for content optimization;

• Experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and performance tracking tools;

• Experience with paid media platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.);

• Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems;

• Ability to analyze KPIs and convert data into actionable insights;

• Intermediate proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets;

• Familiarity with design tools such as Canva, Adobe (Creative Cloud), PowerPoint, or Google Slides;

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills;

• Highly organized and capable of managing multiple projects, campaigns, and deadlines;

• Possess an analytical, creative, proactive, and results-driven mindset;

• Ability to work autonomously while driving initiatives and proposing new ideas;

• Capacity to collaborate effectively across various departments within the company;
