This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Develop and implement integrated regional field marketing strategies that align with international pipeline and revenue objectives.
• Collaborate with regional Sales leaders to pinpoint market opportunities, account priorities, and growth plans for territories.
• Create quarterly and annual marketing plans that promote demand generation, account-based marketing (ABM), customer expansion, and partner initiatives.
• Adapt global campaigns into localized programs designed to meet regional market dynamics, buyer personas, and industry requirements.
• Oversee regional marketing contributions to pipeline creation, acceleration, and influenced revenue.
• Implement multi-channel campaigns that include events, webinars, executive roundtables, digital programs, partner campaigns, and account-based initiatives.
• Work alongside Demand Generation teams to enhance campaign performance and lead conversion across international regions.
• Direct the strategy and execution for regional trade shows, conferences, customer events, and executive programs.
• Manage all aspects of event planning, including budget oversight, vendor coordination, message alignment, logistics, and follow-up after events.
• Serve as a trusted marketing advisor to regional sales teams and leadership.
• Collaborate closely with SDR and sales stakeholders to ensure the effectiveness of campaigns and follow-up processes.
• Partner with Product Marketing to refine regional messaging, positioning, and competitive differentiation.
• Work with Partner Marketing to support channel and alliance initiatives in international markets.
• 8+ years of B2B marketing experience, including substantial experience in international field marketing within SaaS or technology sectors.
• Proven track record of driving pipeline and revenue growth across EMEA and/or international markets.
• Experience collaborating directly with enterprise or mid-market sales organizations.
• Strong proficiency in integrated campaign planning, event marketing, ABM, and regional demand generation.
• Experience managing complex regional programs involving multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
• Demonstrated capability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Candidates must complete a criminal records check upon hire;
