This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Manage the entire agent lifecycle from initial sign-up to becoming a paying customer.
• Utilize HubSpot like an expert operator, focusing on workflows, lifecycle stages, lead scoring, properties, segments, and deduplication.
• Implement lifecycle campaigns that drive measurable results.
• Establish and maintain partnerships with real estate CRMs.
• Organize and oversee events.
• Create comprehensive playbooks.
• Lead a team of three, setting the direction, elevating performance, removing obstacles, and collaborating on projects.
• Engage with customers directly, analyze data personally, and share insights gained.
• Proven expertise in lifecycle management, having developed programs that positively impacted retention, engagement, or revenue.
• Extensive experience with HubSpot, having designed its architecture rather than just using it.
• Proficiency in CRM systems is essential.
• Background in marketplace or freemium models.
• A successful track record of significantly improving lifecycle metrics in a multi-country, multi-language environment.
• Strong understanding of AI technologies.
• Data-oriented, with a passion for optimization and a knack for funnel hacking.
• Hands-on approach, capable of writing workflows, monitoring dashboards, collaborating with partners, and managing events.
• A sense of ownership, taking problems from inception to resolution.
• Leadership experience managing a team of three, raising performance standards without micromanaging.
• Ability to communicate complex ideas simply.
• A lifecycle to manage with significant impact.
• No bureaucratic processes or excessive oversight.
• A capable team of three already in action, ready for effective leadership.
• Access to an advanced AI stack that would be challenging to compile elsewhere.
• Tools such as Claude (Cowork and Code), Mixpanel, and HubSpot—fully funded and exclusively yours.
• A prestigious title.
• Direct reporting to the CPO within a flat organizational structure that champions ownership.
