• Over 7 years of experience in marketing, partner marketing, or channel marketing.
• Extensive experience in B2B technology settings.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.
• Proven ability to design and implement intricate partner programs.
• Capacity to operate within complex matrixed organizations.
• Demonstrated experience in developing and leading integrated partner marketing strategies or initiatives.
• History of delivering measurable pipeline and revenue growth through partner marketing programs.
• Experience managing complex co-marketing campaigns and their interdependencies.
• Proven ability to translate business and partner objectives into effective marketing strategies and plans.
• Experience in making data-driven decisions to enhance program performance at scale.
• Strong track record of identifying and expanding successful partner programs, frameworks, or methodologies.
• Experience in addressing complex partner marketing challenges requiring strategic and analytical insights.
• Proven ability to influence program direction, prioritization, and resource allocation.
• Evidence of enhancing partner marketing effectiveness, performance frameworks, or execution models.
• Utilizes AI to create efficiencies and scalability.
