This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.
• Act as the executive sponsor and primary strategic relationship leader for designated national and enterprise-level accounts.
• Formulate and implement account strategies aimed at client retention, revenue enhancement, and the development of long-term partnerships.
• Establish and nurture strong executive-level relationships with customers, brokers, TPAs, carriers, self-insured employers, and other industry participants.
• Collaborate with Operations leadership to ensure adherence to contracts, maintain service excellence, and achieve performance guarantees and client goals.
• Facilitate executive business reviews, strategic planning sessions, and performance conversations with clients and key Medlogix stakeholders.
• Recognize emerging client requirements, industry trends, and opportunities to broaden Medlogix's product and service offerings.
• Work with Business Development and Sales leadership to promote account growth, cross-selling, and upselling initiatives.
• Provide strategic insights and market intelligence to support organizational growth efforts and product development.
• Serve as an executive escalation point for complex client challenges and coordinate resolutions across internal departments.
• Track client satisfaction metrics and implement action plans to enhance customer engagement and retention.
• Represent Medlogix at industry conferences, trade shows, association gatherings, and networking events.
• Maintain precise records of client activities, growth opportunities, and strategic account plans within the CRM system.
• Drive strategic onboarding and implementation initiatives for new national accounts and significant client expansions.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to Account Management teams while supporting the development of best practices in client relationship management.
• Collaborate with Executive Leadership to set annual account growth targets and business development strategies.
• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field is required; a Master's degree is preferred.
• 7-10 years of experience in account management, client services, business development, or strategic relationship management.
• At least 5+ years of leadership experience managing national or enterprise accounts.
• Extensive background in Workers' Compensation, Auto Casualty, Medical Claims Management, Independent Medical Examination (IME), Peer Review, Managed Care, or related healthcare services.
• Proven track record of increasing revenue within existing client relationships and managing large, complex customer portfolios.
• Demonstrated capability to engage and influence executive-level stakeholders.
• Strong skills in presentation, negotiation, and strategic planning.
• Experience with CRM platforms and account management technologies.
• Willingness to travel as necessary for client meetings, conferences, and business development activities.
