• Develops and implements enterprise-level brand and content strategies, while building the organization to effectively execute these plans.
• Transforms creative teams into modern, AI-driven content studios operating at scale.
• Thinks strategically in terms of content systems and platforms rather than isolated campaigns.
• Demonstrates operational leadership to manage capacity, implement tools, and create scalable workflows within a team of over 50 individuals.
• Directly links creative output to enrollment results, customer acquisition cost reduction, and partner performance metrics.
• Defines and oversees the multi-year strategic vision for Marketing Creative and Operations, aligned with Risepoint’s growth goals and partner success indicators.
• Leads the transformation of the creative function into a high-performing Content House, characterized by clear structures, governance, velocity, and measurable impact.
• Establishes the operating model, governance framework, and decision-making principles that enable a 50-person team to operate with speed and quality.
• Acts as the executive sponsor for AI integration, embedding intelligent tools into video, copy, design, and workflows as a strategic norm rather than a trial.
• Advocates for the implementation and utilization of CMP and DAM platform investments.
• Owns a cohesive content strategy across all formats and channels, aligned with the student enrollment journey from awareness to decision-making.
• Constructs a modular, scalable content system that allows for meaningful personalization across 80+ partners without requiring a complete rebuild.
• Establishes editorial standards, taxonomies, and brand voice frameworks that balance partner distinction with operational efficiency.
• Oversees the complete video spectrum: from high-production partner storytelling to AI-assisted, performance-optimized content.
• Ensures all content is performance-driven, optimized for search, and developed in collaboration with SEO/GEO, Paid Media, Lifecycle, and Field Marketing.
• Develops partner-specific brand platforms, messaging frameworks, and campaign strategies that authentically differentiate universities and enhance enrollment.
• Guides creative direction at the portfolio level, ensuring that all work is on-brand, engaging, and performance-oriented at scale.
• Leads and continuously refines the creative project management function, including intake, prioritization, scoping, and delivery in a high-volume studio.
• Constructs and maintains a capacity model aligned with growth objectives, providing clear visibility into resourcing thresholds and outsourcing decisions.
• Drives cross-functional workflows that ensure quality, speed, and partner satisfaction.
• Manages performance dashboards, tracking cycle time, rework rates, and overall throughput.
• Leads new partner and program launches as a senior operational and creative executive.
• Continuously assesses and adopts tools and AI capabilities that significantly enhance throughput and content quality.
• Builds, leads, and motivates a multidisciplinary team of 50, including designers, writers, content strategists, video editors, project managers, and creative operations leaders.
• Defines clear organizational structures, career paths, and growth opportunities that attract and retain top creative and operational talent.
• Develops direct reports into senior leaders capable of managing significant functions independently.
• Defines and oversees the outsourcing model for additional capacity, engaging agency partners, freelance networks, and production vendors.
• Creates a partner ecosystem that extends the team’s capabilities while upholding brand standards.
• Provides executive-level reports on team performance, impact, and strategic progress to SVP and C-suite stakeholders.
• Advocates for resources, staffing, and tools when data and strategic rationale justify the investment.
• Over 15 years of progressive experience in integrated marketing or brand management.
• More than 7 years in senior executive leadership roles, overseeing both creative strategy and operations at scale.
• Proven history of leading and developing teams of 40–60+ across various multidisciplinary functions.
• Demonstrated success in defining enterprise-level strategies and transforming operational practices within large organizations.
• Experience in driving organizational transformation, including redesigning operating models, integrating AI, and modernizing workflows.
• Extensive expertise in brand strategy, messaging architecture, and integrated content strategies across multiple brands or partners.
• Proven ability to establish and operationalize modular content systems at scale.
• Experience managing substantial budgets and correlating creative investments with measurable business outcomes.
• Proficient in Workfront or similar enterprise project management platforms.
• Background in performance marketing environments where creative efforts are directly linked to enrollment or acquisition metrics.
