• Create and implement an agile marketing strategy that aligns with Mastercam’s growth goals, emphasizing market expansion, brand enhancement, and digital transformation.
• Work in collaboration with executive leadership and various teams, including Sales, Product, and Customer Success, to formulate and execute go-to-market strategies that emphasize the unique value and competitive strengths of Mastercam’s offerings.
• Devise strategies for new products, product enhancements, features, capabilities, and targeted market segments to promote customer adoption and revenue increase.
• Conduct research, competitive analysis, and ROI evaluations to leverage market trends and opportunities, utilizing AI tools for data analysis as appropriate.
• Establish and track KPIs and OKRs across all marketing initiatives, adjusting strategies based on insights derived from data.
• Position Mastercam as a leader in CAD/CAM manufacturing through strategic public relations, content development, and digital outreach initiatives.
• Ensure brand consistency across all global channels and platforms, making certain that marketing materials and sales collateral maintain a unified brand identity.
• Create and implement high-impact campaigns that enhance brand visibility, focusing on utilizing AE tools to produce engaging and effective content.
• Spearhead multi-channel demand generation campaigns (including email, SEO, SEM, social media, events, trade shows, and webinars) to facilitate lead acquisition and pipeline development, employing AI and automation tools for optimal results.
• Partner with regional and global sales teams and Channel Partners to create effective lead nurturing strategies, ensuring a smooth lead transition and optimization of the marketing-to-sales funnel.
• Continuously evaluate and enhance marketing automation systems to improve lead tracking, ROI metrics, and data insights.
• Collaborate with Product Management to create compelling product positioning and messaging that highlights Mastercam’s unique value, benefits, differentiation, and relevant use cases to strengthen product marketing.
• Direct product launch strategies, which include competitive positioning, pricing strategies, sales enablement, and go-to-market plans.
• Utilize customer insights to fine-tune marketing messaging and ensure alignment with current market demands, leveraging AI-driven analysis where advantageous.
• Supervise digital marketing initiatives across web, SEO, SEM, and social media, using AI to enhance digital channels for improved engagement and lead generation.
• Manage the creation of digital content to drive traffic and engagement, ensuring alignment with demand generation and brand objectives.
• Utilize analytics and data tools to assess campaign performance, applying insights to continually enhance digital marketing strategies and execution.
• Establish a data-driven marketing operations function to streamline processes, bolster analytics, and improve measurable outcomes.
• Oversee the marketing technology stack (including CRM, automation, and AI tools) to guarantee data integrity, enhance workflow efficiency, and support informed decision-making.
• Handle budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation for the marketing department, ensuring optimal resource and technology utilization.
• Build and guide a high-performing, agile marketing team focused on data-driven results, professional excellence, and a commitment to ongoing improvement.
• Evaluate and develop team capabilities by identifying talent needs, fostering skill enhancement, and promoting professional growth within the department.
• Foster a culture of innovation and collaboration, leveraging AI and emerging tools to boost productivity and elevate the quality of deliverables.
• Collaborate across functions with Sales, Product Management, and Customer Success teams to ensure marketing strategies are in sync with broader company objectives, facilitating seamless execution across departments.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field; MBA or equivalent is preferred.
• Over 15 years of marketing experience, including more than 10 years in senior global leadership positions managing diverse, multicultural teams within the B2B software, SaaS, or manufacturing sectors.
• A proven track record of driving growth through innovative, results-oriented marketing strategies in technology-driven environments.
• Extensive expertise in digital marketing, demand generation, product marketing, and brand development, with hands-on experience utilizing automation, CRM, AI, and analytics platforms.
• Proficient in both traditional and digital marketing methods, including PR, publishing, event management, and integrated campaign execution.
• Recognized industry speaker and published thought leader in marketing or technology, showcasing thought leadership and influence.
• Significant experience in the manufacturing industry, with a solid understanding of the ecosystem—including customers, partners, and industry dynamics—is highly preferred.
• Proficient in CRM (e.g., Salesforce), marketing automation (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo), AI/analytics tools, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office Suite to support data-driven strategies and effective content creation.
• Experience with cloud/SaaS product marketing and a robust understanding of best practices for promoting emerging technologies and modern digital solutions.
