
Vice President, Majors/Enterprise Sales – East

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +4 more states.
• Oversee the Majors and Enterprise sales divisions at CrowdStrike.
• Manage the Regional Sales Directors within the East Region.
• Provide oversight in regional management to drive sales strategies and achieve goals.
• Take part in quarterly and annual strategic planning meetings.
• Communicate corporate strategies to employees in the region.
• Plan and direct forecasts, marketing program development, relationship building, customer satisfaction initiatives, and the creation and distribution of collateral materials.
• Establish both short-term and long-term goals and quotas.
• Identify necessary resources to support the sales strategy and formulate proposed budgets.
• Select, develop, and assess personnel to ensure sales objectives are met.
• Keep senior leadership updated on key issues and changes that may affect business results.
• Set revenue targets and ensure they are achieved.
• Hire, train, and manage senior sales professionals.
• Ensure teams achieve metrics and quotas across regions.
• Forecast revenue for the team.
• Prepare and implement a comprehensive business plan.
• Report sales activities and forecasts to senior sales management.
• Proven experience in utilizing AI technologies to improve decision-making, streamline workflows and processes, enhance efficiency, and drive business results.
• Over 5 years of experience in leading and managing senior sales teams with a complex product and solution sales approach.
• Ability to sell through both direct engagement and channel partnerships.
• Demonstrated success in achieving multimillion-dollar targets.
• Expert understanding of the complete sales cycle and experience working at the C-Level.
• Technical aptitude with a capacity to quickly grasp new concepts.
• A degree or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
• Essential experience in second-line management.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including proficiency in presentations.
• Passionate about relationship building and possess strong negotiation skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with functional peers across various departments including Channel, Marketing, Sales Operations, System Engineering, Services Customer Support, and Product Development.
• A solid understanding of Cybersecurity technologies and competitive offerings in the market.
• Experience with target account selling, solution selling, and/or consultative sales techniques.
• An aptitude for understanding how technology products and solutions address business challenges.
• Proven track record of leading multiple teams in diverse locations while consistently exceeding assigned sales quotas.
• Demonstrated experience working with Sales organizations and technical teams.
• Experience in developing budgets and forecasting project costs.
• Ability to cultivate a positive work environment and maintain a constructive attitude.
• Willingness to work remotely and travel as needed.
• A background in selling Security or SaaS products is advantageous.
• Familiarity with Salesforce.com or other CRM platforms is a plus.
