• Collaborate with executive leadership to proactively pinpoint legal risks and opportunities in global markets.

• Ensure uniformity in legal support while accommodating regional regulatory and business requirements.

• Manage substantial litigation, investigations, regulatory matters, and significant legal issues across international markets.

• Promote operational excellence and ongoing improvement throughout international operations.

• Juris Doctor (or equivalent legal qualification) with the ability to practice law in a relevant jurisdiction.

• Over 10 years of progressive legal leadership experience supporting multinational enterprises.

• Extensive experience advising executive leadership on complex international legal and commercial issues.

• Proven track record in leading geographically diverse legal teams across multiple countries and cultures.

• Experience in managing cross-border transactions, regulatory issues, litigation, and external legal counsel.

• Demonstrated ability to balance legal risks with commercial goals in a global business setting.
