Vice President – GTM Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Oversee the GTM Operations function, enhancing its effectiveness and influence.

• Recruit, organize, mentor, and develop the team while establishing the strategy, priorities, and operational rhythm for the function.

• Create and manage the analytics and forecasting framework that the business relies on.

• Lead initiatives in business automation, systems, and infrastructure.

• Manage sales compensation, quota, and territory planning.

• Propel GTM enablement efforts.

• Oversee project management and inter-departmental operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 10 years in GTM, Revenue, or Business Operations, including senior leadership experience.

• Proficient in Salesforce and CPQ, with a background in assessing, prioritizing, and managing emerging AI capabilities.

• Demonstrated ability in analytical and forecasting disciplines.

• Proven history of leading large-scale systems and transformation projects.

• Strong executive presence and cross-functional leadership skills.
