This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.
• Collaborate closely with company leadership and the GTM team to implement scalable lead generation strategies, assess performance across the sales funnel, and enhance sales processes for consistency.
• Oversee digital demand generation channels, including organic search, paid advertising, social media, content marketing, email campaigns, and other avenues to achieve reliable and profitable lead generation.
• Explore and develop new demand generation avenues such as partnerships, referrals, influencer marketing, and additional innovative strategies.
• Evaluate the performance of the GTM organization from top to bottom and leverage data insights to drive organizational enhancements.
• Standardize and optimize enterprise sales processes for repeatability and scalability by creating playbooks, product marketing materials, and meeting templates for use by EAEs and SDRs.
• Demonstrated success in a GTM/demand generation role within a startup environment or relevant experience in a startup with strong operational demands.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the B2B GTM process, lead generation strategies, technology stack, KPIs, and critical metrics.
• Strong executive presence with the ability to influence leadership within customer organizations.
• Proven experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet company goals.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Hubspot, and other customer analytics tools.
