Principal – Medicaid Product Marketing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Drive the marketing strategy for products across various business lines and member demographics.

• Lead the formulation of cohesive marketing strategies for Medicaid and Healthy Horizons, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory standards.

• Collaborate with Product, Brand, Compliance, and Market teams to create messaging that is culturally relevant and compliant.

• Oversee the planning of campaigns, development of creative content, and tracking of performance metrics.

• Act as a subject matter expert on Medicaid audiences, market trends, and best practices in communication.

• Provide guidance to cross-functional teams in implementing impactful marketing initiatives focused on community engagement.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.

• Over 10 years of experience in healthcare marketing, particularly within Medicaid or government programs.

• Comprehensive knowledge of Medicaid regulations, strategies for member engagement, and culturally competent communication practices.

• Demonstrated leadership in collaboration across functions and in the development of campaigns.

• Experience working with cross-functional teams, including Product, Compliance, Legal, and marketing creative.

• Strong strategic and analytical capabilities, with an aptitude for converting complex policies and market dynamics into effective marketing strategies.

• Exceptional communication and leadership abilities, with a background in presenting to senior stakeholders and external partners.
