This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Oversee the successful end-to-end execution of intricate software projects, including planning, execution, and support after implementation, ensuring alignment with evolving business goals and stakeholder expectations.
β’ Continuously assess, evaluate, and implement innovative enhancements to software delivery processes, methodologies, and tools to improve overall efficiency, predictability, and quality.
β’ Collaborate with executive accounts to identify and develop new value-added service offerings, driving additional service orders and incremental revenue from a growing portfolio of existing clients.
β’ Lead strategic discussions and workshops for large-scale enterprise projects, designing and facilitating complex deployment plans across multiple sites.
β’ Optimize the allocation of resources (people, budget, technology, and time) across an expanding portfolio to ensure timely and budget-compliant project delivery.
β’ Proactively evaluate delivery capability gaps; mentor and continuously enhance the skills of distributed and global delivery teams to deepen industry and product knowledge.
β’ Build and maintain deep, trust-based relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, including enterprise clients, strategic vendors, and cross-functional teams.
β’ Design and implement effective risk-management frameworks to proactively identify and address potential obstacles affecting project or product delivery timelines.
β’ Utilize strong influential leadership skills to advocate for the adoption of the core enterprise product platform, reducing unnecessary custom coding or modifications.
β’ Establish clear, measurable objectives aligned with corporate business priorities; provide ongoing coaching and professional development to reduce turnover and promote a collaborative, high-performance culture.
β’ Act as a strategic delivery partner to the Sales Executive team, creating comprehensive Statements of Work (SOWs) and presenting implementation frameworks to high-value prospects.
β’ Remain informed about industry best practices, emerging trends, and digital transformation methodologies, representing the organization at significant industry events, conferences, and functions.
β’ 8-10 years of demonstrated executive leadership experience in managing large-scale, end-to-end software delivery and complex enterprise digital transformations.
β’ A master's degree in a relevant field (computer science, industrial engineering, pharmaceutical technology) is preferred.
β’ Proven success in a "land and expand" commercial environment, with a history of identifying new service opportunities and driving revenue growth within existing accounts.
β’ Expertise in managing global, distributed teams and optimizing multi-million dollar delivery budgets.
β’ Strong technical knowledge of enterprise software products, deployment lifecycles, and configuration management.
β’ Exceptional influential communication skills, with the ability to navigate complex client relationships and align cross-functional stakeholders.
