This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oklahoma.
• Oversee the tracking, analysis, and interpretation of revenue and expenditure trends for Auris.
• Convey critical financial insights, trends, and key drivers to senior executives, operational teams, and departmental leaders.
• Act as a strategic advisor and process leader during the annual budgeting, reforecasting, and financial outlook activities.
• Prepare and deliver executive-level reports and dashboards, providing insightful commentary on actual performance versus budget and reforecast.
• Promote continuous improvement by refining financial models, processes, and strategies for stakeholder engagement.
• Take ownership of forecasting and reporting for all areas of G&A expenses.
• Conduct monthly financial performance reviews, pinpointing key variances and long-term trends.
• Fully manage and lead division-level reporting, reforecasting, annual budgeting, and long-term strategic planning.
• Collaborate closely with the Controller and team to support all aspects of the Month End Close process.
• Serve as a trusted financial advisor to senior leadership.
• Identify and implement improvements in forecasting, reporting, and analytical tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MBA or CPA preferred).
• Over 15 years of progressive experience in FP&A, ideally within payroll, financial services, or similar sectors.
• More than 5 years of experience in Accounting, including systems, month-end close, reconciliations, and audit support.
• Previous experience with Adaptive, Workday, Office Connect, and financial reporting systems is preferred.
• Strong business acumen with the capability to interpret complex financial data and convert it into strategic and actionable insights.
