This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Define and guide the global EHS strategy in alignment with Rubix’s expansion in hyperscale AI infrastructure.
• Act as a trusted advisor to executive management regarding risk, compliance, and safety performance.
• Ensure consistent execution of EHS programs throughout construction, operations, and facilities.
• Implement effective controls for high-risk activities (e.g., electrical safety, LOTO, contractor safety, working at heights).
• Oversee global regulatory compliance (OSHA, ISO, local regulations) and manage audit programs.
• Develop KPIs, reporting structures, and processes for continuous improvement.
• Identify, evaluate, and mitigate enterprise-level EHS risks.
• Build and lead a high-performing global EHS team.
• Foster a proactive, safety-first culture at all levels of the organization.
• Promote training, capability development, and leadership involvement.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Construction, Operations, and Corporate teams.
• Represent Rubix in dealings with regulators, clients, and industry organizations.
• EHS leadership experience in data centers, infrastructure, energy, or industrial settings.
• Demonstrated success in managing global, multi-site EHS programs at scale.
• In-depth knowledge of high-risk operational environments and construction safety practices.
• Strong leadership, influencing, and change management skills.
