This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Oversee the entire lifecycle of U.S. data center projects, from design supervision to procurement, construction, commissioning, and operational transfer.
β’ Manage a multi-site portfolio of hyperscale and colocation projects, encompassing greenfield developments, expansions, renovations, and customer deployments.
β’ Establish and implement a top-tier construction-led delivery model, ensuring consistent outcomes regarding cost, schedule, and quality.
β’ Direct all construction activities, including contractor selection, commercial strategies, site execution, and field performance across multiple concurrent projects.
β’ Collaborate closely with development and design teams to guarantee constructability, cost control, and alignment between development assumptions and execution realities.
β’ Promote excellence in commissioning and turnover, ensuring that facilities meet mission-critical performance standards and are prepared for customer occupancy and service level agreements (SLAs).
β’ Manage delivery risk, including schedule compression, change management, supply chain constraints, and critical power infrastructure dependencies.
β’ Build and enhance a high-performing U.S. delivery organization, including regional leaders, project directors, and construction teams.
β’ Utilize strong contractor and vendor relationships to enhance speed-to-market and execution consistency.
β’ Engage directly with executive stakeholders, customers, and capital partners to ensure transparency regarding delivery performance and pipeline readiness.
β’ Over 10 years of experience in delivering complex infrastructure or data center projects across various regions.
β’ Demonstrated success in leading end-to-end data center delivery, including design, construction, and commissioning.
β’ Strong knowledge of power infrastructure, mission-critical systems, and data center design standards.
β’ Experience in high-growth or platform build environments, rather than just steady-state organizations.
β’ Capability to build and lead diverse, cross-border teams, managing contractors, consultants, and stakeholders effectively.
β’ Commercial acumen related to CAPEX, contracting, and delivery risk management.
