This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the entire lifecycle delivery of U.S. data center projects, overseeing everything from design to procurement, construction, commissioning, and operational handover.
• Manage a portfolio of multi-site hyperscale and colocation developments, which encompasses greenfield projects, expansions, renovations, and customer deployments.
• Establish and implement a top-tier construction-led delivery model, ensuring consistent outcomes in terms of cost, schedule, and quality.
• Oversee all construction operations, which includes contractor selection, commercial strategies, site execution, and field performance across multiple concurrent projects.
• Collaborate closely with development and design teams to ensure constructability, maintain cost discipline, and align development assumptions with execution realities.
• Champion commissioning and turnover excellence, ensuring facilities meet critical performance standards and are prepared for customer occupancy and service level agreements (SLAs).
• Manage delivery risk, including schedule compression, change management, supply chain constraints, and dependencies on critical power infrastructure.
• Build and develop a high-performing U.S. delivery organization, comprising regional leaders, project directors, and construction teams.
• Utilize strong contractor and vendor relationships to enhance speed-to-market and ensure execution consistency.
• Engage directly with executive stakeholders, customers, and capital partners to ensure transparency regarding delivery performance and pipeline readiness.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in delivering complex infrastructure or data center projects across various geographies.
• A proven history of leading the end-to-end delivery of data center projects (design, construction, commissioning).
• Strong knowledge of power infrastructure, mission-critical systems, and data center design standards.
• Experience operating within high-growth or platform-building environments, rather than just steady-state organizations.
• Capability to build and lead diverse, cross-border teams while managing contractors, consultants, and stakeholders effectively.
• Commercial awareness in areas such as CAPEX, contracting, and delivery risk management.
