Vice President, Debt & Equity Finance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Foster consistent deal origination by enhancing and strengthening relationships with borrowers, lenders, investors, and intermediaries.

• Oversee the complete cycle of debt and equity placement, including sourcing lenders, structuring capital stacks, underwriting, creating marketing materials, negotiating term sheets, and coordinating all parties until closing.

• Deliver high-quality advice grounded in commercial real estate (CRE) capital markets expertise, lender program requirements, and up-to-date market insights.

• Leverage technology, workflow automation, and data-driven tools to expedite screening, packaging, and execution.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or equivalent practical experience.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial real estate capital markets, specifically on the debt side.

• Demonstrated success in closing institutional-level transactions with individual deal sizes exceeding $10M and an annual closed volume of $30M or more.

• Proficiency in capital stack structuring, term sheet negotiation, underwriting, and lender program criteria across various segments including banks, debt funds, CMBS, life companies, and construction lending.

• Capacity to manage the capital strategy from beginning to end: sourcing lenders, structuring, packaging, negotiating, and closing.
